haha, basically his 1st code didn't work, opened a ticket and received PD Giannis, he tried the new code and it worked so he's got 2 PD's as a result of it.

Damn, so yours worked? Wonder how 2k determined who qualifies...

Anyway, got into a live chat with someone who was helpful. Told me to wait 24 hours and by then there will either be a new code or the existing one should work.

If nothing happens in 24 hours I’m going to try Support again... Will probably be into double digits of conversations with them at that point, almost purely because half the agents give a generic response which really doesn’t help at all.

No good, I tried again today and even they are giving me that first generic “we can’t do anything, bad luck” message now.
