They're probably the exception this year. Funnily enough you still have some die hard Tiger fans still actively against United. Some tried to start a petition for United to return Tigers intellectual property - they struggled to get 100 signatures for it

They were all there. He doesnt even need to be there. Just a recording of all his deeerwayneisms and the button pressed at the right moment of the game.
He commentates every play like someone just picked up the ball from the HBF and is evading everyone, taking bounces to go on and kick goal of the year. Just stop ****ing yelling you stupid dolt.
I don't actually mind Dwayne. Just annoyed me the other night hoe Townsville were about 25 and hit 2 consecutive badkets and he saud 'there still in this' does it with footy to. A team will be 9 goals doen in the tjird quarter kick 2 in 7 minutes and he'll say 'There on the way back'. Yes he gets a bit yo excited but better then a boring commentator with no excitement.
Perth had 12k there last night, not sure you can say that's a dip in crowds. Playing hire and wagstaff in the last hurt our chances.
I loved Dwaynes commentating last night. Not sure what the bashing is about. Yes he can go off at meaningless plays but at least the enthusiasm is there.

Dwayne overreacts just like he does with AFL commentating. Bringing in guys to lead the commentary team who have never commentated in basketball before... I dunno about that.

It was pretty reasonable. Not sure what capacity is but at least 75% full.
I'd imagine they really struggle with weekday games though.

Illawarra really don't want to win this game - making too many silly and unnecessary 3 point attempts when 2 points would've been sufficient.

Any chance we can get some commentators who know what they are talking about? "The Wollongong fans won't be happy with this", "wildcats coughed up the lead and win in the jungle against Townsville"
Fox has done a favour to all us ball fans in Australia by telecasting every game live. The competition is the strongest it's been in years and with every game live, all we can do is whinge.
Come on guys how about accepting it for what it is and enjoying the telecast. In a few years time we can either laugh at the quality of commentators or we can remember the time our national competition had a comprehensive telecast. If we bitch and moan Fox will likely drop it and spend their money elsewhere.

Not whinging just sharing our opinions. Sorry if we have offended you mr foxtel board member. But it's professional sport, which has a professional telecast. Get it right, it's not rocket science!
