Is there anyway we can have a link on the site to the radio stations covering the live games that isn't in 'game day live'?
Game day live crashes my system every time I close it! And I can't see all the stats even when I have no choice but to open it. Why should I have to change the screen resolution to view it? Why can't you provide this service so everyone can get the information no matter what what resolution we use?

I've never come across a site that takes longer to load. My mate (not a BF member) insists he can download pr0n quicker than he can view the AFL site.

The AFL website used to be the 1st place I'd go when I wanted information. Now I ONLY EVER use it as a LAST RESORT.

Whoever is in charge of the site's development needs to listen to what people here are saying, swallow their pride and admit they've got it wrong, and fix it now before it's too late. Respect will come if you give the site users what they really want and need.
Pay attention!

Until then I'll keep my eye on the forums, unofficial AFL sites and news sites for all my AFL info.

Aha! All the information for you at hand!

round 4 and the 2 top teams have played only two matches??

whats up Sandy??
Honestly, is this just a hobby for you as you clearly don't take this seriously?

Imagine if you ran a brothel...the mind boggles....

this is some elongated April Fools day joke isn't it?

sldavey, tell me who employs the monkeys? Seriously WTF? Can you guys get anything right? Has there ever been a website with as many continual errors?

If I need to point out the errors below, then it's no wonder the site is buggered.

Lucky I took a screen shot as evidence cos they've fixed it already.

Maybe someone is keeping an eye on this thread.

the scores in that right hand column seem to only update at the end of each quarter. that west coast eagles scores is the correct half time score. perhaps this is done because it is on every page of the site.

i found it under video & audio > audio > listen now...text links to audio that plays in your media player natively.

i would bet it is a processor load issue. seems like a reasonable thing but would probably slow your machine down to a crawl. it happens on all of the stats entries so i would think there is a reason for it.

run a http debug proxy on the flash app. it only gets one file (seems to be compressed) so all the data should be there for display, must be a refresh bug or something as when you click back to the screen it updates but not when you don't touch anything.

Finally some of my persistence has paid off as Realfooty has finally removed their +/- column and replaced it with a % column (albeit no decimal places). Although they haven't corrected the quarter by quarter scores for St Kilda v Essendon yet. So maybe persistence does pay off, but realfooty.com.au is a much cleaner/simpler site than afl.com.au, and I have no faith in the future of afl.com.au.

i think you may be a level above me on the technical side, i was just making a guess (and have very little idea what a http debug proxy would do for me - but thanks for the tip).

if it is one file and it is updating everything but not showing it until you change pages it is either a broke or that's the way it works. who wants to take a punt on which and what we can hope for first: a reasonable answer or a a fix?

sldavey - please explain.
