15-20 years ago the old cotton ones and the original sublimated league jerseys were $90-$110, but they have just kept going up from there (who knows why though as there has never been a reason given).
The material is not exactly the same as PI material, it is certainly a mass produced cheaper material, rather then the specific stuff for PI's.
That's an interesting idea. It's good they're opening the competition to everyone, though since the brief includes PR work it'll be tough for them to award the work to anybody who is not aboriginal. That Blue singlet is quite possibly one of the cheapest looking pieces of crap I've seen for an AFL team, hopefully the crows don't get something similar. The Black and white ones look good, but that shade of blue is gross.
