Nothing says '100 years' like bringing back your shitty clash jumper from 2016. What is the thought process behind it, honestly? It's not like it's an Asics design either – it's from the BLK era!

There would be uproar if the Dogs were asked to play a grand final in that kit, yet that has to be the consideration every time (although it really only seems to be West Coast that they would be forced to wear it against).

Why did the dogs bring back a clash jumper nobody asked for, when they could have simply done it in 12 months time to honour 10 years since the last premiership?

It’s a reasonably popular clash strip to be honest. Most dogs supporters I’ve spoken to really liked it.

100 year celebration of the club. The clash is from the 2016 flag and the home (collar excluded) is from the 54 flag? They’re both enormous improvements on what we wore throughout 2024.

The crest looks alright but that black box is horrible, I get it’s “traditional” or whatever but it looks like shit.

I actually have always thought the Saints could have brought it back. they're one of those sides, like the Doggies or the Hawks, where you can sort of play around with mostly minor details and make it look significantly different while harking back to an era or trying something brand new and it still retains the core look.

Bringing it back with that shit new generic crest is outrageous.

Throw in the Dogs clash and **** me does this competition have no taste or class.

The red would make a perfect third jumper. Those are fantastic. Both should be available IMO

Funny thing is it is a massive upgrade on this debacle we have had for the past few years which when tucked in only had a bit of the red visible.




Looking at the fixture we'll wear it @ Freo, @ GWS and @ Brissy, so won't get a massive run. From memory in 2016 we only wore it in the last round of the year v. the Dockers and the Elimination Final against West Coast.

Feel if they swapped the red and blue around on the collar and cuffs (i.e blue cuffs, blue neckline and red collar), this would have been a ripper but it would have been the same as 1925 jumper. I assume they will replicate that for the Round 2 game and is the reason why they didn’t go with that design for the home jumper for the entire season so they can sell more.

Still 10x times better than the toilet bowl.
