We'll still miss the blokes who've gone because they're guns, but I think as a whole we'll be better across the board than the last year or 2.

Sensational work from stars, losing players but replacing them immediately. Where as lalor is just sitting on there backsides, waiting for a miracle.Thomastown signing Capeci from morang and Bonson from lalor. How can all these recruits play under the points system ? Why are all these players going to Thomastown? All clubs will be playing second fiddle to eltham anyway. They will be better then what north was in division 2 this year.

Do you know why Stars players are leaving? I gather you dont . Lalor sitting on their backsides? I reckon previous administrators have a lot to blame . Dont know but just as an outsider and rumours that are flying around. Thomastown will come to a sudden fall very shortly. Im hearing some concerning things regarding all these players that have SIGNED.. And they are advertising that they are all on board. Stay tuned. Player points will be the issue...
Can't blame Thomastown for trying to make a charge for finals after finishing mid range a couple years in a row. How many players are returning players to the club? Might help with the points. I think they will be ok IMO

Thomastown regularly played with 40 or so points and about 7-8 blokes who were worth more than 1 point. Assuming they keep all of those players who lose one point, means they'll have roughly 12-13 points per game to play with. Most of the players they're bringing in I assume are 3-4 pointers?? Might be close.

Someone is reporting in the Wimmera league thread that Brent Macaffer is going to Stawell to play under his old man and with Jack Anthony, can anyone from Eltham confirm this?
Has trained every night so far. Has a baby now and another one on the way. The reason he could not continue up in Phillip Island was the drive was to hard and was not able to spend time with his family. He lives in eltham now and is loving it. 100% false.

Signed a few and lost a few more... Trying to secure as many players either male or female to our club is a long way from loosing the plot i'd say... NFNL identified that a number of girls in the area were looking for a home and our rooms are perfectly equipped to cater for them, have a life long member of Lalor wanting to build it and clubs supporting him.
