Things went south at Morang last night. Tasters and brawls
Just saw the report on channel 9. Someone ejected, then came back with a taser, then left and came back car loads of mates and a big brawl. Not a good look for a club with a strong junior base. Would have been women and kids there too. Not good publicity for the league either after all the negative publicity earlier with the fahour incident.

What a disgrace of a club Morang is. I feel for a lot of the players who are good blokes and just want to play good football. They club needs a clean out, including president, committee members, coaches and a few idiot supporters. The likes of Potter, Caruso, Capeci, get out now!

There's f*#k ups everywhere you go, regardless who's there you can't choose who comes down to the club especially on end of season celebrations.
President handled it the wrong way !!

The culture of a club starts at the top. If the management of the club act like dickheads then you will attract dickheads. Their strength is their juniors but with incidents like this they will start leaving to play better football at better run.clubs.

Absolute disgrace of a club, the culture has been a disgrace there for years. Anyone with there right brains in tact wouldn't take there kids there. One of the most rascist clubs going around. NFL should close this place down. All committee members should be stood down and the NFL place a new hierarchy in there.

As per news reports - allegedly a man was asked to leave the club after an altercation in which he produced a taser. Said he would be back and sure enough returned some time later with a group of mates and a brawl ensued outside the clubrooms. I'll reserve judgement as I reckon there's every chance it'll be a "hanger-oner" type 'supporter' not a player or committee member who's caused. We shall wait and see, though. Not great at all.

Ran into a few players late Sunday and they reckon the president was told to p*ss off and leave and he fired up his and came back with a few heavies causing a dust up.

It means bad things happen at footy clubs, but I agree it can't be brushed aside

I wouldn't mind getting in on this action after hearing some details about banyules financial backing as well..
No need to go into detail but fair to say they shouldn't have any issues paying the salary cap next year if they need to

Who we talking?
Would certainly need to continue to top up to challenge in division 2, however there are a handful there who will more than hold their own.
Ratta, Barclay, Kelly, Biscontin, Gumbleton, Smith, Italia, Mcdonald, Edwards are all quality players.
Think they will surprise a few and if they keep this list and add a couple more then will certainly finish higher than expected.
