What a win by South Morang. Massive chance to make a prelim in there first year up from Div 3.

South jumped well and outplayed them from the start! Great win for there club, Gee watsonia looked off..

Your not wrong, Watsonia’s defence looked confused and unwilling to defend,
In the first qtr I lost count of the amount of times morang got out the back and punished Watsonia. Morang looked good, but was it because they were that good or was it because wattsy was that poor.
Huge achievement coming up from D3.
Diamond Creek ripe for the picking, hear they have some injury concerns to very good players. Do you risk them knowing they can have an extra week playing St Mary’s or South.

Bitta both, South were very hot from the start. Ruckmen dominated with about 4 clearances from himself grabbing the ball out the ruck! Watsy looked confused and always reactive 5m behind there man.. Just one of those days where everything went right for South and the opposite to Wats!

Very disappointing to see the same bunch of grubs back running things, these guys put the club into serious debt and then starting a massive fight after a grand final loss
Putting the club into disrepute and causing the league to step in and take over for a few years

Two parts on field and off field , my reference was to the off field side and still stick by that
Players and coaches are the ones to be credited with the on field success this season
They were obviously well beaten on the weekend but if St.marys stay the course with this team they will have some success in this division very soon. They are super young and look to have a strong core. Carelli has done really well there so far.
They would be amongst the top contenders next year with one of either Eltham/Diamo going up this year you would imagine.

Moorecroft will miss at least one more game, grade 2 tear in hammy so be very surprised if he gets back. Hope that grub isn’t playing again next year

Was talking to a bloke who’s involved at south morang last
Couldn’t speak highly enough about him
Stays for a meal every single night donates his time to younger players and demonstrates how to professionally prepare for a game of footy
Not a bad world to say
Is this in regards to the diamond creek incident? From all reports some pretty poor remarks were made about his family. Sometimes people snap.

Not just that, have heard from mates playing at eltham, lower plenty, Panton hill and diamond creek he snipes someone nearly every single game

You think he hasn't copped it both physically and verbally in the last 13-14 years in the NFNL? Is it just because he bites back you don't like him or it sounds more personal.
