What gone wrong with Nick?

He is going through a form slump. Not only is he having trouble winning one on one marking contests (which he is usually quite good at) but his set shot kicking is also completely off. Usually he is one of the best set shots in the AFL but against the Kanagroos he missed some very easy shots.

Him and Paul Roos obviously have personality conflicts. The longer it lasts the more it effects Sydney for the worse.

You'd think one has to go. On the surface youd expect Davis to be traded or delisted at the moment, but Paul Roos is having some "loyalty" and "commitment" issues about whether he wants to stay coach, so it may indeed by Davis that lasts the longest.

Simple. Davis is a selfish and basically lazy person.

No doubting his football talent and abilities, but he plays his footy like his heart is not 100% in it. Treats it like a job.

Looks like he plays for the money and not for his team mates or his club. Blokes like that get exposed pretty easily, especially at clubs with a culture like Sydney.

Nothing has changed with Nick since he was 19 and that is the problem. It is a shame because he should be one of the elite AFL players. He can do it all but he lacks fire and heart.

Best thing that can happen to Nick is to be dumped and passed over in the national draft and left to pick 40something in the PSD. Then he might move his arse into gear. I wouldn’t mind giving him 1 last chance back at Collingwood if he was going to get fit enough to play full time midfield.

The dick played in the 2002 grand final and could've easily helped us win but he felt Kentucky fried chicken was way too important.
So he went to Sydney got fat and now is on the outer.
He helped get Sydney to a grand Final ,he 'played terrible on the day it was the belief of the players that got them through,but as proven the following year that game could have gone either way against west coast,although Sydney came through with no help from Davis mind you.
He is weak,lazy heartless player.He deserves what he gets.

Yep, it's funny how a lot of people think that the win against Geelong was in the prelim, not the semi.

That's exactly what I was going to say.

I have followed ND closely as he was my favourite player when he was with us, and he is just a terrible waste of potential. He was great in his first season coming off a wing.
