So we all know the Herald Sun is rubbish at best but Nixon wants us to believe that they ran a front page story about him porking the girl after interviewing her and receiving video and audio evidence to suggest she was telling the truth and then they interviewed him and he was unable to provide any evidence to convince them that the story was fabricated and rather than threatening to sue them or making a statement on Thursday or Friday he waited until the story had been run before he came out with his version roughly 48 hours after hearing that the story was a goer?
Really?
And adults are believing that?
I would have thought that Ricky might be a little more media savvy than that.

So he was helping her and once he decided to end that professional relationship he did so at 6.45am in her hotel room. Well yeah that seems plausible.

I currently work with many teenagers who are in similar positions to her. Many people including my family, friends, AFL Clubs, Players and the Media knew that I was assisting the girl.

The girl telephoned me last Sunday at approximately 1pm hysterical and asked me to attend her hotel because she had done something terrible and had stolen money from me and that it would put her in a lot of trouble
At the time I didn’t think it unreasonable because she was clearly emotional and disturbed plus I was concerned as to how she could have stolen money from me.

The best way to solve financial and emotional problems is to bring a bottle of booze drink the night away and spend all night at her place.....

When I got to the hotel she admitted that when left alone in my office last November she filmed my wallet and all the contents as well as downloading the contents of my phone which were on my desk. Consequentially obtaining my credit card details. She also downloaded private video and audio from my phone.

This is really odd... It's easy to take a photo of his CC/Drivers License with a camera phone.

But how does one download the contents of someones phone quickly, easily and without being noticed? Did she bring a laptop with her, powered it up then hooked it for 5 mins while he was out of the room without anyone noticing? Was she in a room with sensitive information (his phone) without any supervision? If so what other information/files did she have access too?
The time it takes to power laptop up, connect it, copy files over.. etc etc takes a fair bit of time.
It makes no sense.

She told me on Sunday Night that she used the credit card information to purchase an online airline ticket from New Zealand to Australia on February 10th.

That I believe, no 17 yo has the cash to fly to NZ to see a "friend" she met on the Internet

When I told the girl that I would not tolerate this and would take it to the police she became abusive. I stayed with her until she calmed down.
I then left the Hotel and returned the next morning and met briefly with her to tell her that I did not want to help her anymore and that she had lost my trust by what she did with the credit card.

Thats a great reason to bring alcohol to help her calm down!!! Its not like people get more emotional and debilitated after drinking or anything

You may be right about the age but the austlii reference that was posted may not be accurate. Having used austlii in the past, they seemed to have issues posting amendments. If the age in Victoria is 18 it is out of step with the rest of Australia where the age is under 16.

Yeah it is stupid, but the lawmakers seem uninterested in utilising common sense. If you want an extreme example, look at aviation law in Australia vs any other country

Well thats fair enough then. If it's out of date and has been amended it doesn't matter.

Because just about everything that she has said has turned out to be a lie! First she claimed to be pregnant to a football player - there was no proof that she was pregnant because she "lost" the baby.

Secondly, she claimed to have taken those photos, then stated that they were from Gilbert's computer, then later said they were emailed to her.

Now this? Hmmm. Sorry, but once a liar, always a liar. All she's after is attention and sadly this is what we are giving her.

I do know off a famous ex-footballer and a family friend of mine that works as a player manager under Nixon.
It might sound like heresay but from what he told me...
Hmmmmm, I am told that Nixon is realy sleezy, if that would surprise anybody. Him and his croneys bunch of retired former footy players are no different to currant playing footballers.
Take them to a Christmas party and they will be hiding their wedding rings and chatting up any waitress or young piece of legs they set their eyes on.

About 2 weeks ago Nixon went on JB and Billy Brownless's radio show back when the woman who Reiwoldt told to get ****ed was accusing Nixon of being abusive to her.

Nixon said on that occasion that he records all his phone conversations.

"If" he went there, he did nothing wrong by law, so who's to say she doesn't know what she's doing. 17 in the eyes of the law (in Victoria anyway) is old enough to consent to sex. Perhaps he's done something morally wrong, but I don't think it's up to us to judge. Both Ricky Nixon, and this "girl" can have sex with whoever they want providing they are of legal age and consent. This really should be treated as a private matter between the relevent parties involved (not that I expect it will be). In saying that though - given that it is out in the open, it probably wasn't his smartest move if they actually had intercourse. But again, who are we to judge...
