No legs 11 for the Saints.

I hope to see you all in here same time next week bearing the huge weight of reality on your shoulders and the horrific expectation that this year mightnt be..... it.
Since we are three games and % clear on top, a loss to the Swans would hardly get us hacking at the wrists.

Go ahead; give it your best shot. Training runs like the last couple of weeks get a bit monotonous - we're hoping for a contest.

BTW the only expectation we had this year was finals. Now that looks a cert every thing else is a bonus. Don't sweat, as there is no fear of the "huge weight" of expectation at Linton Street.

Bookmark all you want buddy boy.

The Saints will look back on 2004 and rejoyce at a wizard cup, and a lost early round final. Big rewards if you look back at your sorry history. They will look back and see where it all unravelled: Round 11. SCG. v Sydney.

Bookmark that!

Very clever Gray Ham. But like most re-constituted meat products you stink and are of little nutritional value.

Be sure to send me your postal address because to open your spam you will need a can opener.

The only problem you may face is that you need opposable thumbs to operate one.

PS Love the Moe spelling.

Saints by plenty:D

PPS At least we didn't need to re-locate.

If you were here about 8 months ago, you would realise I am not the person to loose bets to.

Just to clarify, you are accepting my bet? yes?

I've got a couple of swans fans take up my offer on MSN...so ill drop the odds your one dollar versus my $300

I bet you said the same thing in 1997 too. ;)

What, the year we broke the Swns long run of wins at the SCG? Log ago St Kilda and South Melbourne battled for the Lake Premiership, back when niether had much else in the way of trophies to play for. The Harbour Title would look just as nice among the growing spoils of war this year.

Get cocky by falling over the line against the current last placed side and topping last years spooner, but make no mistake we are streets ahead of those sides and you should bring your A game if you want a snowballs chance of stopping the streak.

Whos the better side this year: dogs or blues ?
You're only as good as your last game.

As I said on RWO:
This weekend gone:

Sydney has 16 more scoring shots than Dogs
Saint Kilda has 18 more scoring shots than Carlton

Sydney's defense lets in 17 scoring shots on the high scoring SCG
Saint Kilda's defense lets in 23 scoring shots, without Carltons main FF Fevola playing up forward.

Add in that the game is in Sydney this week, and draw your own conclusions.

Fevola played up forward for most of the game, but was down back in the 1st.
St Kilda are statistically the best attack and defence in the league, and number 1 for marks.

But you can't compare our respective efforts this weekend, West Coast and Adelaide were awful last week but pumped thier opponants, and last weeks super great Freo effort was reversed this week as well.

You are comparing apples and oranges, and a week is a long time in footy.

Weather permitting it should be a ball tearer. Saints will obviously be favs. with the bookies. So logic and current form says the Saints, but I am confident. I dont care who is in or out, although I would like Hall to play.

On current form you couldnt pick the Swans with great confidence, but I have this feeling the boys will be pumped, and this is our defining moment in the season. Im hoping the Saints might be a bit flat after a couple of huge wins.

It wont do you blokes any harm to lose one.
