really?
what about Danielle and the new flame's ex-partner whose name I won't reveal. I'm sure you guys will get it soon.
I would suggest they are shattered.
not to mention the kids, others, it horrendous.
As unfortunate as the fallout on a personal level is for those involved is,it doesn’t come into play in determining the legal implications of the relationship

No one is questioning the personal hardship being endured by those involved. The ”others” in any affairs suffer the most, did not see it coming and were the last to know.

It does not mean moving forward that Hardwick cannot continue with his role of coach or his relationship with the new lady.

You have to be delusional to believe our richmond and caro age contact media human resources spin story to save face. So dimma went to work one day and asked our human resources for a green light if its ok to hook up and cheat on his wife with a staff member. Dimma must of also told Peggy, Gale and the players he was hooking up with a staff member and all to shhh because its a secret from Mr Hardwick. Seriously get head out of the sand people as dimma obviously was caught hiding a new relationship and got told what to do next by Peggy/Gale etc. View attachment 1035873
I agree and wonder if the dating each other 12+ month's is on the money also?

None of my business and I suggest none of yours, either.

Jackie Epstein has provided an update with a quote from Mrs Hardwick's private Instagram and no context. Having watched Richard Jewell this week, I can't help but picture Ms Epstein as the slapper in the movie who's desperate to make it into a story.

you'd be surprised how much of my business it is.

I think it does for a few reasons.

firstly being the precedent the AFL set, with Simpkin and Lethlean, again.

But you have to understand how these things work within clubs.

It's completely embarrassing, credibility is shot, is he going to bring her on stage at the next B&F and thank the new Mrs Hardwick?

The whole thing is just completely wrong, in many people's decent eyes.

If you are as close to the situation as you are stating I find it highly unlikely you would be posting about it on bigfooty

"G'day HR, I'm thinking about banging that chick in Sales, the one shacked up with that Carlton guy... that ok?"

"Yeah whatevs Dimma, no one's business mate"
You are misunderstanding what people are saying, deliberately or otherwise.

I have no idea what Hardwick did or didn’t do. But it’s not about asking permission from HR. It is about disclosing the relationship so the organisation is aware of it and can manage any internal issues accordingly. Whether that all happened here or not I have no idea (Richmond said it did). I can say however that it is a common requirement in large organisations and professional services firms for senior people and when properly disclosed, these issues (which are extremely common) can be managed delicately and professionally.

I still struggle to find similarities between Hardwick and what happened at AFL house, those guys were just throwing the leg over and when finished they moved the girls on. Atrocious.
Hardwick And the lady ( i should learn her name) it seems is having a proper relationship.

If you can't see the similarities, particularly in Simpkin's case, then I'm sorry I can't help you friend.

Thats right, they can then manage any fallout And protect those who are vulnerable.
Also allows them to manage any accusation of favouritism .
