To my wonderful shark brotherhood, I have news from
Shark Park .
Stating the obvious, but straight from Bill Monaghan ( all be it from a third party) everything they planned worked. The GF could not have gone better.
Dixon is leaving to go back to Victoria. He is at this stage the only major lost to the GF squad. Luke Stnadica is very likely to return. I have been told Dixon leaving will cover any points we have lost due the 2022 season fine.
Back to back baby.

Wildcats are doing great! Won the past 6 in a row sitting second on the ladder and beat the Sydney Kings last night. Back at the top where they belong!! Nice change from the past couple of seasons! Cotton is still just an absolute gun how he isn’t playing in the NBA I honestly do not know, the dude is small I know but a GUN!

Maybe drinking some bathwater perhaps.
Best starting 11 was all
On the bench, with Kerr and Arnold injured as well.

Was a friendly, in wet, cold conditions on artificial turf. Just seeing what the next group in can offer I think.

I don't follow the NBL but I swear it was only yesterday that people were calling for the coach's/Hutchy's head

I don't really disagree what Johnson is saying questioning Warner's spot in the team.

But to me seems like Mitch wants to carry on like Peter Sumich these days and turn to gutter journalism while being Bitter and twisted like Matthew Hayden.

Johnson called Pat Cummins gutless in a article last year which I thought was a disgrace. And Pat has proven in past 18 months he is a strong captain and leader.

I don't think Mitch has apologised to Cummins yet.

Considering the babying Ponting did for cry baby Johnson throughout his career.

If you take out the 2013 Ashes series at home and 2 dominant away series in south Africa in 2009 and 2014.

Where else did Mitchell Johnson dominate in his career. He was a WACA specialist but just as much a Flat track bully at home as Warner is. He lost the plot like a baby numerous time on the road.

Johnson's performances in England especially were atrocious.

The more he writes the more I seem to lose respect for the bloke.

Yeah, ridiculous really. Johnson sure talks a big game for a bloke who never took a wicket in England or India. Disagree on Haydos, never bitter and really quite a global ambassador for the game these days.

Johnson had a few of the greatest spells ever seen but he's not in the top bracket. He is also right about Warner, does not deserve the year long retirement tours he's had, shit in England and India and getting handed one last crap team to bully in Australia

Warner averaged 29 in the Ashes.

As rubbish as that is I would not expect any of Bancroft, Harris or Renshaw to get that, in fact I doubt any of them average over 20.

There is why Warner is still in the team. Replacing Warner has a middle order player’s name all over it - we just haven’t worked out which one yet.

Pucovski is the only opener in Australia outside the test team that’s got even close to enough ability to be successful at test level in the next 2-3 years.

Morons seem to think we have Chris Rogers or Phil Jaques in the Sheffield Shield. The selectors need to live in reality - finding new openers from what’s actually in the shield is going to be very very hard.

Cotton was a benchwarmer last time he played NBA and it would be the same if he went back now, he'd play around 10 minutes a game on a middle of the standings team.
