Played a lot of cricket vs JL. One of the worst cricketing humans I’ve come across on field

Who did you play for?

I'm younger than JL. We both went through Aquinas cricket. There was a fair bit of bigotry in the team while I was at the school. I can only imagine it being as bad if not worse with him.

Finn Allen, the biggest flop in Scorchers import history.
While he might have an occasional game winning innings, learn a lesson ya numpty and at least get a gauge of the wicket before you shut your eyes and try tee off

Cooper Connolly should be very much in CA's sights for the near future. Such a brilliant innings considering the context of the game.

How's he gone in the shield this year?

I think the general thoughts are he hasn’t played enough shield games yet but he’s certainly a talent.

He spins it the opposite way to Nathan Lyon and tbh I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d like an all rounder in the top seven that bowls spin in the sub continent, especially if Cam Green isn’t ready to bowl many overs by then (sounds like he’s unlikely to be available at all).

I think getting selected for the White ball UK tour back in September suggests he is very much in there sights.

He didn't really done much before to justify an ODI Cap other then potential.

The cliff is coming with the dad's army Australian side we need talent to start to hit there strides.

Especially on a wicket like this, he shouldn't have taken the first ball. Jennings as the more experienced player should have taken first strike.

Hope he comes good soon because we’ve signed him on a multi-year deal.

At this moment he looks like a Brendan McCullum/Bazball wannabe and as we know Bazball is absolute garbage.

He is already part of the white ball squads, only missed the rest of Pakistan games due to breaking his hand

Never seen a "generational talent" with less footwork or ability to leave a ball

I’ve never seen an average talent get booted by his State then somehow fluke a few good innings by genuine slogging then get marked as a “generational talent”.

There’s a basic amount of technique and ability to read the game that’s required in every format of game at a high level. He doesn’t have it and he’s not even close to having it. Can’t just slog everything with minimal footwork.

Renegades showing how truely pathetic the Scorchers batting was. They have really messed up with some of the signings this year and the batters they let go.

This is not an accurate reflection of what has happened. It wasn't 'pathetic'. Huge seam movement.

The bat flip is having a huge say on games at the moment. The ball was moving all over the place for the scorchers first four overs or so. No similar movement later on in second innings.

Allen's failures putting huge pressure on the rest of the side currently.

Also, wth is going on with Morris? Rightly dropped after that pathetic performance in Tassie.
