His mantra is basically stability over everything else. If success happens it is merely a by-product.

Kochie has done more damage at Port than Roo/Burton/Chapman/Collective Minds did here.
Sure they will make Finals, and never bottom out. But will never seriously contend for a Premiership while Koch and Cos Cardone are there.
At least our guys did what they did because they genuinely (stupidly) thought it would help win a flag.
