GWS should have beaten collingwood in the prelim but were robbed by the umpires in that game. Hopefully they can hold on and show Collingwood fluked that premiership. Which in my view they did and are highly over rated.

Holes? How many players did the reigning premier lose?Giants look hungry, and Pies look like they have a few holes to fill

Me too!Same.
I went all the non-Victorian teams this round.
Missing Murphy (& Frampton) down back... & McStay forward.Holes? How many players did the reigning premier lose?
GWS look superior.Classy goal by Greene.
Another game where straight kicking for goal likely to be the difference.

What a shame...GWS look superior.
They’ve been flying 2 years in a row with this squad. It’s round 1.they did a remarkable job last year winning a flag with a lack of KPF, I also think they can get exposed down back by the opposition KPF

Yeah, Pies won't miss finals... the question is whether they remain top 4.They will be fine when they play their 18 home games.
No?Remember last year when there was all this talk of goodwill from the footy public towards Collingwood?
They were everyone's second team etc.
That's gone pretty quick.
Lol, BT is so much more enjoyable when his team is losing.Commentary is a bit quiet lol

He's had mental health issues. What the hell happened to Hogan at Freo? His last year at Melbourne was very good, and then had a real rough patch. Great to see him back to his best at the Giants.
