Sydney really don't want to lose Cox to West Coast, reckon he's their next coach. Longmire has one year left but could see Sydney pulling the trigger at years end especially if they win a flag. Would be a great way to send him off and Longmire will basically have the pick of the litter for his next job. Would only happen if Longmire was keen on the idea though.
The Bounce is quite possibly the worst sports show I've ever seen. Agreed Dunstall would be much better suited to OTC. Jack is a terrible choice. I honestly haven't paid too much attention to footy TV shows since The Footy Show finished up. That was peak TV and there's been a huge hole in AFL TV since.Like someone said, they've got Dunstall on the books. Wtf is he doing on Bounce and not OTC. Easily the best performer available to them.
Should be on 10am on a Sunday morning and be like a kids Sunday footy show leading into the 1.00pm game. The problem with Bounce is it's timeslot, it's aimed at 8 year olds and is fine for that purpose. If it was on Sunday mornings no one would care. Putting it on after the last game on Sunday makes no sense especially when some WA games are wrapping up at like 9pm.
Yes it’s fine as a kids show - and the ages of most of the studio make it clear where it is aimed. The Sunday night slot is weird. I would never see it at all if it weren’t for it following Sunday games and I leave the TV on while prepping dinner or whatever. I have no idea why they show it then. They have had years to think it through. The problem with Bounce is it's timeslot, it's aimed at 8 year olds and is fine for that purpose. If it was on Sunday mornings no one would care. The only one I like (and I’m not sure I actually like it) is the Friday night footy before the game. And that’s not because it is super interesting, it’s more the time slot when you can put your feet up, have a beer and contemplate Uber waiting for the match.Fox shows are all pretty bad and the ones that were okay are about to get worse
360 Bores me to tears, putting Lyon on won't make me watch it
On the couch being hosted by Jack Riewoldt now, seems like a snooze
Bounce attempts to be a footy show/variety show clone and yes I'm over analyst shows (They do the exact same, Jason is a competent media performer but can be driven to angry for the funnies by fellow hosts and panellists, that the footy show did), but sunday is a very analyst day. Sunday night, the round has just finished that's when you want to hear about the round just gone
First crack, just seems like a podcast live filmed live on TV. Seems okay but i have no desire to watch it in it's timeslot. Might go better in bounce's timeslot. By the time i've gotten to first crack i'm out of wanting to analyse the game
Best on Ground - THANK **** THEY GOT RID OF IT
The countdown thing? where they're just in a studio chatting about the up coming game? or is this a show that i've missedThe only one I like (and I’m not sure I actually like it) is the Friday night footy before the game. Don't worry though, channel 7 having just aquired Hutchy along with Wilson and Cornes are about to launch some footy classified clone. You can't tell me one of these won't be, with the crew they've acquired
ALSO note how they haven't said anything about talking footy coming back
Nah. You haven’t missed anything. The countdown to the match on Friday is what I was referring to. I think of it as an actual show largely because it usually has the same group. I think I only like it because it is basically really banal, can’t “analyse” the game since it hasn’t been played yet and doesn’t do any of the manufactured tension between host’s opinions. Basically dull really, but most of the other shows set my teeth on edge. The countdown thing? where they're just in a studio chatting about the up coming game? or is this a show that i've missed
I can't think of anyone more cringe worthy on TV, not just footy shows anything.Lol with Hamish, what a ****ing boring ass show that'll be
I tend to actually watch 7's Friday night countdown over fox. Because they're at the ground, and fox is in the studio and i find the studios so bland and boring. I suspect that will change next season with fox footy able to cover and call the Friday night games as well. But i suspect it will only change for Victorian games, BECAUSE Fox prefer to call from the studio in Melbourne. Unless it's opening round or a showdown or a really special gameNah. There are honestly to many. I thought as much when 9 expanded classified to two nights a week, and they don't even have the footy rightsThe Agenda Setters is a truly terrible name.
And “Unfiltered” says to me it will be anything but.
I honestly think there is way too much footy media for the size of the competition.
I watch the fox one though it is bland as anything. I just enjoy the end of week kick-back thing really. And since Melbourne played more on the Thursday slot, I’m over the stress by Friday anyway. Agree they should have commentary from the ground though.I tend to actually watch 7's Friday night countdown over fox. I've said it many times, say what you want about 7, say what you want about BT and so on. At least they fly their commentators to commentate the game in person
Calling the Footy Classified rip off The Agenda Setters without a hint of irony is incredible. The Agenda Setters is a truly terrible name.

I’m giving Kane the benefit of the doubt and guessing that he didn’t compose that tagline."The place to be after each round for the important opinions." Important to who exactly?
