All Cornes said that Collingwood missing Cox isn't the cause of their problems. Seems like a reasonable thing to say. McClure brought up his games in the finals series last year. Cornes went on to say he was okay but didn't have big influence statistically. Another reasonable point. McClure was talking over him and saying he hates Cox. Which just sounds like someone that has nothing better to say, it just makes him look like a toddler with a tantrum. Cornes never said anything remotely hateful about Cox. Pretty sure Collingwood were going pretty ordinary earlier in the season with Cox in the team.
