Serious question but when was the last time North had a superstar/pit bum on seats type player? All I can think of is Carey, I just cannot remember them having any stars or household names clubs would want to poach off them the last 2 decades

Every other team has had plenty

On top of that their players seem to regress when they go there

I know we traded out picks for Kelly, but that 2020 draft might go down as one of the least elite in history. Basically you can take any group of 10 picks and the combined performance of those players will match that of the top 10 picks.

Jamarra aside, who was only available to one team.

Early days of course, but man that looks like an average draft. I guess covid took a toll

I must admit that I don't follow North that closely, but aside from Shiels (VFL as he returns from injury), this is their latest injury list:

I only count perhaps two as first 22 (CCJ and Logue) - cannot really blame injuries for this either.

Logue perhaps? According to HoneyBadger35 he's a generational backman.

I'll make that call. Absolutely no chance against anyone this year.
They got smashed by 45 points against Hawthorn ffs.
They only way they get a win is if it's round 24 and the Hawks decide to forfeit.

They have a team full of mids and half forwards. Couldn't stop a score if they tried.

They'll randomly win one when no one expects it, and the oppo has an off day.
