I am starting to think that Norf's four premierships constitute a milestone around their scrawny neck. Norfites on the Bay rhetorically wave around, say, 1999 as it is some sort of talisman. Na, they've done that. And got taxpayers to build them a stadium they "own" and make a fortune off every time they play there. This of course would be totally different to taxpayers funding a stadium in Ballarat and North playing there, or Cranbourne and Berwick ratepayers building a facility for Melbourne to train at.
