We have 2 Irish players in their early 20s, so Considine will likely have a bit of a Mairead Seoighe support role.

We just got an email from Collingwood about AFLW club member ticket sales tomorrow - has North sent something that I missed?

Still no email from NMFC, but I phoned yesterday to get my member barcode and have booked tickets for all our games in Melbourne.

They said they planned to send it. I emailed to em today to say nothing arrived in time.

The AFL had also not told its members anything when I called them mid afternoon yesterday, and said if their email hadn’t arrived I could call them again this morning. I said the sale started at 10 and left them feedback about the poor service compared to the minute detail they share well in advance for the men’s season.

Interesting. I've received nothing relating to AFLW since 2022. I can't even find the AFLW membership section on the website so I can't even see if I am still a member or not. It doesn't show up on my mens membership account anywhere.

Edit: Fount the AFLW membership page via google but still no way to tell if I am a member or not.

I hadn’t realised until yesterday how hard it would be, wound up with no option other than calling both the club and the AFL to get them to read out the number over the phone.

My understanding is the week is only a match simulation and will not be streamed.

Next week is a full match practice which is why it will be streamed.

I don't know if that is enough of a reason to not stream both.
