Yeah it was a rumour on the 3AW rumour file about a month ago and we had a thread on here about it.

Brett Lee has made more money from that song than the Kanga's would need to stay afloat for the next 10 years.

Punters appearance fee for the 20/20 series in India is well over 1 million for the few weeks it is on. He is not even guarenteed to play in all the matches. It probably isn't a far fetched proposition that we may get some revenue from this stream.

Perhaps we could get punter in one of the games to implore every Indian to contibute 5 cents to his club to ensure he "play to his ability".
