So what you are saying falcon is that anyone who comes from another club to your club is not honest or loyal,get real if you were at morang you would know why the players were leaving and l am sure you would welcome any of these players with open arms and you never know you might even like them,dont believe any rubbish out of morang because believe me if you knew the whole story you would not blame them

On The Grap vine. I here that SMorang have intervied 18 players.The rumour is they have told them if they have not played senior football they should look for another club. Ronnie and his new team must be getting very serious, which would shock some of the older players from years back.
Ronnie must be getting rid of all the softise at the club or the players that do not like it hard.

Rumours has it they have 3 new players from Sydney, two which have moved in the Lakes area and 2 played for Sydney Swans reserves.

Looks like I should look at moving over to Morang.

Mernda had the first preseason training night tonight. 55 or so blokes there apparently. I couldn't make it because I had other plans but it was a great turnout with plenty of new faces.

What i,m saying is if a player was coming to our club to play a better standard of football lets say 1st div good luck to him that would be honest , but if a player had been at our club for a few years or maybe even captianed our club and say they love the club to just walk out to another club in the same comp same div thats not honest and its definently not LOYAL

Once again thanks for your negative comments about my club Raav. Great to see you advertising that you think serious problems exist at Morang. Obviously your leaving and making sure nobody else from 'The valley' will come over to fill your spot. Best you keep your negative comments to yourself.

For the record.....I am a loyal Morang player and I am staying at the club.

Its obvious that a lot of people here are sick of hearing about the so called problems at Morang and looking through previous comments you seem to be a big part of this. Lay off the Lions!

If your leaving.....Go quietly and let the rest of us go about the task of preseason recruiting and preperation for 2008. Its not an easy task for a division 2 club as it is and having blokes like you telling the world the club is in trouble doesn't make it any easier!

A lot of interviews have been held and some impressive signings made thanks to the hard work that is done behind the scenes. No doubt other clubs are in the same boat and 2008 will be an interesting year.

Early predictions - Morang to finish top 3, a definate premiership contender.

There's been a fair bit of speculation about who is coming and going from Whittlesea and South Morang. Can you provide some confirmed departures from either???

Gissing-after plenty of offers has decided Ringwood KFC was the place for him.
Maso-retired due to baldness and the extremely hard birth he had to go through.

Did Andy Bennett end up going to the collingwood VFL side?

Andy B starts pre-season Collingwood (vfl) Monday 19th November.
Not sure how many were invited, only 6 spots up for grabs.

Let's face it, any pre-season at the Lexus Centre is certainly going
to benefit someone like Andy and lets hope they look past his size
and go on his determination, speed & skill.

Looking forward to the Sth Morang v Whittlesea game next year.
Going by the last 4 pages of inuendo, it's going to be a little blodd bath.
Lets hope it's scheduled for Round 1

Last mail was Anthony McGregor had been appointed senior coach and people working behind the scenes were confident of putting the jigsaw back together. Others closer to the action would know more about players moving back to RFC and any recruiting updates.

100% correct. Thats why they are leaving.

Of the rest of them, not one of them were sucking off ron, yet still played every senior game..

Ron and his family are close friends of my family. I'm sure that you must have spent time with them if you are from SMFC, which is why I am appalled that you would say such a thing. His kids read this.

Mandog you should not listen to ferrals the reason they are all leaving morang is rons very poor communication skills, he does not speak to players and some are tired of it,check with any club he has been at and they all say the same thing good bloke can't talk one on one

As I just told Raav Ron and his family are close friends of my family and you - Sweet Talker should get your facts straight. I'd like to know who you spoke to because in the past two months he had offers from two of the clubs he has coached in the past to return.

Last time I checked communtion implied a two-way exchange maybe you should practice what you preach if you are dissatisfied and go speak to the man yourself. Maybe the biggest problem is staring back at you when you look in the mirror.

As friends of the family I have been at SMFC functions and if there are problems there they are very well hidden. It is one of the nicest clubs I have ever been to, great fascilities, both turns were terrific, and the people I met were really great. If you are looking for a family club to get involved in you could do far worse than South Morang.

DV under 14,s coach one year
