hey force just wondering if you had heard how witto is. speaking to chicken after the game and he said he could have a broken bone in the neck. hopefully not. also we had ace go to hospital with a hand injury and clint monger from lower was in there as well with his ankle. not a good day for divi 2 players.

also force must have racked it in. big crowd. but mate need to get some grass on that ground asap as it was hard as a rock. never pulled up so sore in my life.

Not too sure how witto is, will find out tomorrow night at training. He wasnt getting around to well thats for sure. Bad luck to the other fellas hope they pull up ok.

Was a big crowd on saturday, had the 87 grand final reunion plus other past players turn up. Was great, unfortunately we couldnt get a win for them though except in the 2s who are in the finals now which is a fantastic effort!

Ground is made for the dryer weather unfortunately, goes to crap when it starts raining heavily!! Good luck to your boys in the finals.

looking at the team sheet on the nfl website they seem to have a full list. just wondering if they had any injuries or anything because i thought they would beat morang.

pigmy i wanst at the game but we had about 4 out but no excuses we needed to win for double chance now we have lost it, apparently one of our young players was knocked out 1st 2 mins for a straw elbow was told sth marong played well though and good luck to em, if the ladded stays the same we meet again 1st week of finals..

Congratulations to Puffa on his 100th goal and I hope Macloed go all the way and then hopefully be competative in divvi 1 next year.

Just on our boys, after losing by 40 goals to macloed in round 2 and then going down by 19 goals on the weekend just shows that we have improved over the season. Hopefully we all stick together next year, pick up a few recruits and continue on our improvement and be competitive.

I can't wait for pre season to begin already.

looking forward to south morang this week after their big win over lalor. hopefully we get a couple of our more seniors boys back from injury this week and should be a good test before finals for both teams!

Okay, you are either taking the piss, or have absouloutly no idea bout DVFL/NFL ?
I am not sure which it is.
Divvy 2 is decent footy. Not as good as 1st divvy. Each week in divvy 1, a team needs to be on their mettle, otherwise they may be rolled. Not so critical in divvy 2. Hopefully there will be a 3rd divvy soon, so that when a club does not compete at 100%, they are in danger of losing. This will even up each club and team in each division.
The top 6-8 teams in divvy 2 this year are very good teams.
I believe the main differance b/n the 2 divvy's is the body sizes that are in Divvy 1 are much more mature and bigger, and the skills, speed are of higher standard, due to each players in the 22 possessing a high skill level.
Divvy 2, most teams have some good players, but the team as a whole suffers when not all players are up to scratch.
Last yr G'Borough had a great yr in Div2, have been elevated to Div 1, and from my sources without many if any, new recruits, (PH retirement), yet have been more than competitive.

From what i have seen this yr in Divvy 2, the skills and speed of the top teamss is of high standard. The difference that will set them apart from Divvy 1 tho is the size of players. Especially key possie players.

I have just realised why your comments seem out of line. You seem to play U/19's, go to Parade, and are up yourself. Look buddy, get some facts before you slag off anyone or anything. You are out of line buddy, there are so many players in 1st from 2nd Divvy you would be very supprised.

The top 6-8 players in the top 8 team could play 1st Div. The problem is the 2nd Divvy they have not got the depth. Money is not there to have the depth.

Check out what they are paying in 1st Divvy compared to 2nd.

Puffa has been kicking over 60 goals a years in 1Div. That just shows what you know about 1st Divvy.

Go and have a look at a few games you will be suprised.
