What work do you put in? I asked you what work you put in to do form and you couldnt/didnt respond.

Think everyone here has said you are welcome to post what you like, we just know now to take them with a grain of salt that at least some of your tips are not straight from the horses mouth.

Watching some replays from the weekend. Was on Tyresa here (settles back in orange silks/purple cap). I reckon it was ridden dead - jock elects to still look for inside runs in the straight when clearly coming to the outside would have been better; then looks to steer it onto the heels of one at about the 250.
