Edit: Also knocked out my skinny quaddie, but likely added a touch more value to the wide one if it holds up. There would've been a lot of quaddies one- or two-out in that race.

The Oaks is going to be a fascinating betting race. It seemed during that last race that the punters are just confused, so they started looking for value.

I've got Yankee Rose one-out in my first 4; I'll back her for the win if she gets out to even money too.

After watching the money, and after having Yankee Rose as the 1-out winner in a first 4, I had a little go at Smart As You Think. Looked really good against the older girls a few weeks ago, and I think $18 is good value. (Dad went ok in races around this distance too!)
