They dont change clubs mid season they sign a contract to join another club next season.. it happens due to a thing called the salary cap which prevents teams buying the comp...
Players still want to win the premiership thats why they play the game..
you guys have a draft where kids have to play for a team they get drafted into maybe not there team of choice but they go to them anyway so saaying that maybe the youngsters might not me to emotional seeing as though they might not be playing for a team they supported as a kid?
