As Bowman said Saturday she really didn’t accelerate like expected and took her time to pick them up. Everyone assumed she was ready to sprint past them the start before if she got out, but we can’t be sure. I guess there’s 3 ways to look at it, she’s looking to get over further, or the race pace on Saturday made it very hard for her, or she’s just not as good as people thought.

as others have said, Flit to the wakeful then the oaks is interesting.. not sure if that horse can stay.. although I remember mosheen wining it, so I guess anything is possible..

what was the name of that horse with a big wrap on it, won a Donald maiden ..

Yeah won a 2000m Derby trial and was second to Roaring Lion over a mile as a 2yo - 2000 won't be too short

Arc run was as good as Danceteria's Eclipse run....i.e. its not - the first 4 cleared out and the rest of the camels finished in a pack behind.

I see Niccovi opened $41. Silly price, will need to improve but you expect them to 2nd up. The fact Exhilarates is $3.40 says it's not exactly a strong field.

Gut feel is she's maybe 1L short of these so would be winning chance if everything goes well. Interestingly out-rated all the WA A-Graders 2 weeks later (saturday)
