Anyone else think Kaspersky is way over the odds in the Toorak?

Absolute dartboard race, there's probably 15 chances in that race. Personally I'm on Mr Sneaky but won't shock me if about 10 horses win. I'll probably back both Egg Tart and TheAnswerIsMyFriend on the day and hope that one of the 3 win.

I think what you heard was that Winx may now go to the Emirates on the last day. she is not missing the Cox plate she is just having an extra run if she pulls up well. That was not in the plans before

Thanks that was probly it, I really didn't mean to upset anyone

Lol because the guy working the counter at some Drummond Golf store in Melbourne gets all the insider knowledge about Winx?

No it was someone more senior, I'm an Uber driver and I picked him up from his office, suit, two phones, the whole package.

Is the Emirates a $2.5m race? Has to run this year if it is! She won't be around forever and the $$ must be tempting.

Waller said at the start of this campaign she'd likely go there after the Cox if she pulls up well - the Mackinnon or whatever they've called it now on the last Saturday.

She's had 2 tough runs to start this campaign, reckon CP might be enough then put her out for an overseas tilt

Tough runs? The first one granted due to the start but the second probably looked harder than it was.

First was tougher no doubt but was under hard riding from the 800 2nd up, a couple like that at the start of the prep can sting a bit. Obviously she's still in great shape, but it's not like the first couple were sit, sprint, ease down jobs like last prep.

Echoing earlier sentiments, one of the great racing days tomorrow - Caulfield Guineas Day.

Can't make it to the track unfortunately; have a ripper day if you're there and hopefully back a few winners on or off the track :rainbow:. I'll be here bragging/crying about my pre-post overs that win/lose.

Have potted the Everest as a concept, but it's a quality sprint field and the support card isn't bad at all. Not a racing fan if you're not excited.

If she wins the CP in a canter have a feeling she will contest the other one.

Excellent days racing, first in a while spending it on the couch watching the whole meet
A few I fancy are:
Caulfield
R4: Wall of Fire (e/w)
R5: Duke of Brunswick (e/w)
