Anyone looked at the bet packs on sportingbet?

The $100 pack seems pretty good which gets you:

$50 Win
$50 Exotic
$50 Quaddie

Seems okay. Anyone that spends $50+ on a quaddie and would have atleast one $50 win bet effectively scores a free exotic for the day.

Hadn't looked at them until i read your post just now but they look good to me, i like the look of the quaddie one as well. I would be having a go at the Melbourne and Sydney quaddies on Saturday anyway so basically a free wack at Eagle Farm too

Did the $100 Quaddie Pack last week, won 1k from Morphetville! What I don't understand though is the $200 pack has 5 $50 quaddies, for a value of $250, whereas the $100 pack had 5x30 quaddies for a value of 150? And yes you can buy the same pack twice as I read through the T&Cs...weird.

Although I just checked then and it is now $175 for the 50 pack instead of 200. Still, that's 70% (down from 80%) of the total price rather than 66.67% for the cheaper pack. At least it's a lot closer now.

Callanish $1.95 is a huge price. When you look at that last race, he did all the work to get across and still put 4 lengths on them. Sprit Song came out and ran 2nd in a Group 1, Midnight Martini won the Cranbourne Cup. Extra Zero was also back around 5th who ran close up behind Lightinthenite yesterday. The small field helps as he comes from the outside, so he won't be caught out wide for long. There isn't a heap of speed in the race either so he should just get around, sit out in front and bolt in again.

One for the Quinella is Twilighting, was very good behind Mosheen last time, running up bums at the 400m and never really got balanced up.

There's one I don't mind at big odds, Mr Chard. Only 5.5 lengths behind Green Moon in the Turnbull, and some of the horses he finished around have come out and put in solid runs in the CC yesterday (Zabeelionare, Sneak a Peak). I took 26 this morning, and there's been a bit of movement into 17's.

Expecting a solid run.

Just the 1 bet for me today at Seymour with Daneson in R6 E/W.

Has been terribly unlucky and if it can just get a clean trouble free run it can go very close IMO. Bit under the odds right now as i was expecting at least 10-1 but should drift a bit as more cash comes for the others.

Over Quota was great first up at huge odds against Faukner and wasn't too far off Folding Gear prior to the spell, he also has an awesome record over 1600. The obvious danger to Callanish.

I like this one too, but I was only willing to back the place at 5s.

Loved he's first up run also and wasn't too far off GREEN MOON over this distance last prep and won the Kilmore Cup last year and is also a horse that seems to do very well when drawn inside as he is today.
