I really want to see Nakia grab an opportunity by the scruff of the neck, because when he does that he's often grabbing opposition midfielders by the scruff of the neck as well, and his impact can be really frightening.
I mean that in the most literal sense though as well, because when I focus on him specfically in general contested play, he genuinely frightens the * out of opposition players. The look on his face and the way his body moves when he corales and chases and rides tackles is incredible - he for real looks like he's stalking his opponent with these maniacal faces. I'm serious about this go and check it out if you don't believe me.
Anyway point is he can't seem to maintain the rage in that respect but as soon as he gets his engine back up and running I hope that he can because I absolutely live for watching him tear the heart out of a lippy young outside playing opponent, Temple of Doom style.
As you were Jordy.
The mythology of Cockatoo unfortunately has not matched the reality of substandard performances for the Lions. Other than his last game vs Footscray in the VFL Cockatoo has consistently disappointed and been out-shined by QAFL top ups. This is the single greatest Nakia writeup ever. I want him in even more now.
