The Western Bulldogs have asked the AFL for money to help pay the money for Ryan Griffin's SC move to GWS (which they are still paying partly him under the SC)

The sheer nerve of them, imagine if we tried something like that ..

I fully expect the AFL to reject this proposal, will honestly be fuming if they have a brain fade and agree to help them. Where would it end ??

Take some out of the contract of the new guy. Can't believe the AFL signed off on that anyway, paid way over the market rate.

Freo are in a bit of a hole in that they just can't bring quality to the club.

Sylvia.......Gumbleton......Their first rounder in 2012 (Simpson)......didn't work out and are having to ask a lot of 32+ year olds in Pavlich, Mcpharlin and Sandilands to keep them thereabouts.

Can see why they may be throwing everything at Rance, just to keep them relevant. Yes they do have Fyfe but he isn't enough alone.

Ross Lyon's style of footy breaks footballers..........eventually breaks teams.

Simply cannot be sustained with a core of 32/33 players over a season.

Went to court for physically assaulting his GF (for a slap IIRC)

An absolute tool whose had far too many chances at AFL level...

Wonder if it was his top 5 draft pick status that's kept him in the system for so long ..

He had a lot of natural ability as well, its a crying shame but he has no one to blame but himself
