Mumford
Darren Jolly has announced this afternoon that he is keen to continue his career, with Richmond already sparking interest in the dual premiership player.
You heard it here first.Would you consider trading for Hampson?
A pick in the 30-45 range would do it for me.
Also, just want to say that Maric's goal and celebration was awesome - great finals moment.
That's one game, you said he needs replacing I think that was a bit harsh.I don't think so, Warnock gave the blues on-ballers silver service. When they had a run on in the third we couldn't win a clearance and it was mainly because the hitouts were going straight to the blues. The same continued in the 4th.
Based on what I saw across the whole season I don't think he has the athleticism to be one of the elite ruckmen in the comp long term. I'd rather replace him than give him an extra 'chop out' because doing that involves bringing another 200+cm player into the 22 each week and that would throw our balance out. Vickery gives more of a chop out than other rucks get at other clubs, I think the problem needs to be fixed by upgrading. That's one game, you said he needs replacing I think that was a bit harsh.
Posted this nearly a month agoi wouldnt mind Hampson. He will bring Gale with him

Ah well we will have to agree to disagree on that, lets hope Hammer grows into the first ruck role, nice to have some solid depth in this area for once.Based on what I saw across the whole season I don't think he has the athleticism to be one of the elite ruckmen in the comp long term. Probably great blokes, but boy were they ordinary..Well we've gone from Graham and Browne as our main options to Maric and Hampson, can't really complain about that

I always liked Browne after he towelled all the Bummer rucks by himself. Huge heart Big Browney. My other favourite moment was a game against Melbourne really early in his career and he received a free and he's gone back the wrong way to take the kick and the ump and man on the mark hadn't realised. Then Browney realises turns around and starts bolting towards our goals. Then the bastard ump brought him back. Lol
Salary cap spaceLooks like McEvoy was on the table, why didn't we go after him???
what would we have offered saints? wouldnt want to give up the 1st rd and 2nd rd not enough. have come around to the hampson deal..Looks like McEvoy was on the table, why didn't we go after him???
