I think the rules prohibit him from doing so.
They haven't spoken, but have both been off their **** and have communicated through dance.I can't believe the coach has not spoken to Smith. That is ridiculous. I would be disgusted if I was a supporter and heard that straight from the coach who announced it as though it was a source of pride and proof of his support of the club's culture!

I knew you'd know.No they don’t. Player can’t use club facilities during provisional suspension but nothing precludes club contact with the player. Indeed Goodwin said welfare staff have been talking to the player.
If anyone thinks about it for a second, the idea of prohibiting contact with a player is simply ludicrous. And unenforceable.

Plus Howie's dog/frisbee?, Sidey's midnight strollMelbourne fans winging:
From Demonland -
"I have never seen a side cop so much criticism in one off-season. Some may be of our own doing. We are certainly a media spotlight and walking target though. Why? Where was this level of scrutiny on the Pies with their indiscretions ..? Bailey Smith? Bevo? The fall of the Dogs? Anyone questioning why Geelong didn't even play finals this year? We just seem to be attracting all the attention and the media have shown that they absolutely hate our club. Right after the Goodwin interview today, it was a pile on from Gerard Whately. I am over it. The club should just shut up and not feed any of this stuff until Round 1. The rumours will not stop. In fact the stuff on social media is getting worse and worse."
Where Melbourne fans not around for the media pile ons of:
- Jordy in Bali
- Ginni in the toilet cubicle
- Ginni and IQ rating fictional people
- Do better report
- Jordy in New York
- Ned Guy firesale
- Stepho betting
- Caro calling for Swan to be sacked because he son was in a fight with one of Swannies mates
- Eddie's numerous times of foot in mouth
- Heath and Didak
- Phil In basketball injury
- etc.

I always wondered why people stared at oranges? They were too busy gazing at their own navels to notice.
Maybe they're pondering what was first, the colour or the fruit?I always wondered why people stared at oranges?
This comes after the English lost to the Australians on Saturday night, despite being ‘better on paper, man for man.’Please Stop What You're Doing For 30 Seconds To Laugh At England Being Below The Netherlands

Didn't realise that Simon Goodwin was coaching the Poms at the World Cup.This comes after the English lost to the Australians on Saturday night, despite being ‘better on paper, man for man.’
I can only assume they were talking toilet paper, it goes without saying what goes on toilet paper.
Don't forget Jaimie's 'bin incident' in North Melbourne when he was arrested for being drunk in public.Plus Howie's dog/frisbee?, Sidey's midnight stroll

I was just about to post this exact same reply. I think I may need to seek help.I always wondered why people stared at oranges?

It makes sense. Navels ripen during footy season and are distributed at 3 quarter time. Something to look at whilst ignoring a coaches rant and avoiding eye contact. Cricketers gaze at Valencias.I always wondered why people stared at oranges?
Well spotted - go to top of classA little spell-check wouldn't go astray, Fox media people...
Mind you, it is for the Bombres.
