Did Jacobs have a crack at your missus in the toilets or something?Depends if you play one man short again with Ben Jacobs in the 22. Don't think there is a place for just pure taggers in today's Football. Let's look at the last couple of years and the best sides. GWS, Richmond, Sydney, Adelaide and the Bulldogs. None have a pathetically defensive tagger like you do in Jacobs. If they wan't to quieten someone down who have they used ? Gws ... Ward, Coniglio ? Richmond ... Miles, Prestia, Lambert ? Sydney ... Hewett ? Bulldogs ... Picken, Liberatore ? Hardly pure defensive taggers. Going in one man short with Jacobs in the side if he continues the boring completely 100% defensive tag role isn't going to improve your side. If anything it shows a defeated attitude. Basically saying righto, their midfields better.

We have won 22 of the last 32 games he has played.
I think it's Trent Cotchen.Did Jacobs have a crack at your missus in the toilets or something?
If we start 0-5 again we need to go all West Ham.I’m trying to look for positives here - last year we did very well in JLT. But were seating 0:5 after 5 weeks.
This year we played two pretty good sides and showed some glimpses just not for long enough.
Round 1 is a key. If we can win that and gain some belief - we have reasonable draw early. But if we lose to GC - could struggle to win a game for a while.

I'll be disappointed with anything other than bottom
The heat has come off Jack Ziebell and Brad Scott this year
Good position to be in. Promise something that's easy to deliver, then over-deliver.Yep. Little doubt that's the internal view.

That happens to be where the contest is though.Notice how he is out on the flanks/wing and not in the centre corridoor congestion?
This is where he needs to be.
