I am disappointed Swan got involved in football matters again instead on focusing increasing profit margins. He is the main player behind the bricks and mortar approach to football isn't he? Didn't he stop Ratten from trading...I am over Swan and should move on. Since when has Carlton been so conservative, non aggressive & cautious...and yes I am more Carlton than Swan...not do I pay instead of making easy conservative decisions that blind Freddy can make I was also born and studied there...it's in my blood and the club is not where it god damn should be.

I think that the Pratt family are possible a little more astute than either of us and unless you are Gina Reinhardt they also have a lot more money to show for it.

Considering our current predicament they are simply not trustworthy on success based evaluation. The new blood Mick and Macca I am fairly confident we are in the right hands just don't want to see goofballs with an appauling historic record interfere.

No problem with an accountant being executive officer when Pratt took the reigns - we needed it. But since 2010 we have needed a little more than just someone that understands numbers. The annual reports are good we are some three years late being aggressive..due to this bricks and mortar mindset..Today, the catch up is too much.

This squad was in good form in the finals and couldn't go past the semis losing against a severely depleted Swans outfit. I understand there are fan favourites but this squad still needs to be nuked. Hope you are right and we are leaving the best for last.

I think this one might be a bit different than the Cloke one.

This is what I think.....Pies were desperate to keep Cloke but weren't offering enough and I reckon the Clokes told carlton that a deal was on but backed out as soon as Collingwood got wind of it and offered the right amount.
