Haha nuh thanks for posting...
Did your source give any indication of what the aggressive offer would look like?
Nope, just said it was a super aggressive starting point.

Quentin Lynch board.Crows fans already calling him Podra
I wonder whether trading with SOS allows a little more control of the media cycle...For whatever reason, Carlton never springs a surprise trade. Generally whenever we are targeting someone, it gets reported straight away.
the trick is, everyone is always already linked to us.For whatever reason, Carlton never springs a surprise trade. Generally whenever we are targeting someone, it gets reported straight away.
That says to me that the AFL couldn't be bothered dealing with Eddie McEverywhere's conniption fit.Pick 11 for Thomas
Pick 19 for Franklin.
Pick 23 for losing Colin Sylvia
Pick 25 for losing Nick Dal Santo.
Nothing for Ellis.
Nothing for White.
So Buddy is worth as much as Dal Santo and Sylvia, but less than Dale Thomas.
Quentin Lynch board.
Hope Scotland retires instead of playing for another year or two like Fletcher, Podsiadly, Brown and Chapman. They only wreck their legacy by playing on and running on fumes. Kernahan was cooked in his last season.
Yep, must go hard at the #1 pick now.
Throw 'em all up for trade and see what happens. I suspect the three that GWS would look at/want are Gibbs, Walker and Yarran.
We have an absolutely non-existant forward line and we must do something about it and whilst I love all three mentioned above, they can all be replaced, albeit painfully.
Time for a big play.
Gibbs + #12 for #1 + a couple of late round picks.
depends on age and contract size at new club. My guess is a pick right after our second rounder.Any thoughts on what we would've gotten for Betts if we didn't pick up Daisy? Would've been worth throwing a crap offer at Pies just to prevent loosing it, or would there be zero chance of them accepting?

Does Freo have a salary cap?Pretty much what we thought although Sylvia's is a bit rich......but it is Melbourne, I guess.
Running players are easy as piss to get.
You'd think so wouldn't you? Hawkins with all his back issues is still the preferred option.
Pods is currently 32 and given a 2 year contract
Chapman is 31 and has also been given 2 years even considering his hamstring issues.
Dal Santo is also 30 soon and has been given 3 years. He's the same age as Carrazzo and we're worried that he has another 2 years on his contract.
High risk, high reward and it may work out but I'm happy we're working on youth.
Pick 11 for Thomas
Pick 19 for Franklin.
We would have needed to offer them something better than 12 to make it worth their while.
Pick 19 for Buddy - 23 for Sylvia hahaha
