Just like Petracca should of if he wanted to come. By not doing it you leave it in the clubs hands to try get a bidding war happening, nominate a team and it makes negotiations better for said club acquiring.

Petracca was never getting to Collingwood. His manger was inept to talk up a move that was never even a possibility. Totally different scenario with Houston.
