To be fair brent green left the club after a few rounds so you cant say that he will be a loss for the boys. Kelly would not transfer to a wooden spooner in myrt and robbo and those boys are all locals so it'd have to be a fair offer for those guys to leave
 
Greta went to Wagga Wagga the weekend after the AFL GF. Numbers were great - about 30 blokes on bus trip there and back with another 5 or 6 who couldn't make the entire trip joining up with us on Saturday.

Interesting to read in the Chronicle last night that Bright have chosen not to resign Brock for next year. At his two years at the club they made both grand finals but obviously thought that this wasn't enough and have gone with another playing coach in Jason Sharp. Sharp was good in the half he played but he'll need to recruit a few blokes if players like Kelly (also mentioned in the article that he could be heading West) and Harro etc decide to head elsewhere.

Wonder if it was a player revolt that pushed the board to outst Brock? I see Nutter will be an assistant coach. If M Kelly leaves it will leave a huge hole in the team.

There will be a couple of guys from the 18's this year who would play 1's straight up, but will be an interesting summer with the new regime down at Myrt with them wanting to load up with the kids, they could look to some of the kids like Buckley, Bond & Co. Interesting indeed.

Todd runs Todd Amery Constructions and I'm not sure if Kym works birdman. It'd be a massive effort to control those kids of theirs and work while they are at school. Dunno, she might do some administration work for Todd. They both put a huge amount of time into the footy club and it wouldn't be where it is today without them.

Hmmm, as a side note I just realised that the picture of Todd and Kym in the link has been changed. The original one showed them holding the certificate for Club of the Year. The one shown now was taken earlier in the year when The Weekly Times ran an article on the club
 
Just got onto this forum, good work!. Matt Kelly is the best player in the O and K by a mile. For a club to lose him will be a massive blow, upcoming 18's are great but they are not going to impact in the first year, and speaking of brock, he may have played o and m but he is very stand offish and i think arrogant, maybe this isn't what the club is going for as they seem pretty content of getting young talent through which is good, and maybe he didn't support that?

Havnt heard that one but i did hear that Gardner is moving from KV to the Demons. Come on boys share the goss this is silly season its a bit quiet on the thread........What ya dont know make up , come on !!!

Hmm, ok... Everyone from Tarra has signed at Greta. Nah, I don't have any real news. We had a good night on Sat at our premiership dinner. Our extended function room is basically complete and new kitchen was in full operation. There was a fair crowd there, some good speakers and the VCFL Club of the Year award was re-handed over again. We start pre season on the 26th of Nov.

Trading Evo for Gardner....... Did hear that Harrison Pople picked up by Greta under the father/son rule. Even at his tender age gotta be able to kick better than his old man

Yes have heard he has signed with the hoppers, has been keen to play there for a few years and has finally decided to come across..will be a very handy pick up for Moyhu...

Perth , his misses got a 12 month post over there , yeah he had a bit of a trott for some mob in the d grade reserves i believe (between poker games)

Maybe they can't afford the $20,000 that Glenrowan are paying Hickey to coach, and will endeavour to find out what Hearn and Haedbich have been offered, unless someone already knows.
