a fair few important 1 pointers out but no one is beating that wang side if they continue to play like that a step above, credit to young jace mcquade who seemed to be beating reid in the first half while the rest got ran around.

Absolutely Terrific win first up against Lavy, who have since knocked off Myrtleford.
But to be fair, they did what they had to on the weekend, let’s see if they can get the closet to Wang this week
What is the way forward for country footy, most district leagues are battling for reserves players & now North Albury, the situation isn’t going to get any better either, unless something is done

Mergers. The maths say it needs to happen. Too many clubs and not enough players.
Mous are needed between minor and major league clubs, instead of just merging, helps keep smaller communities alive, if thurgoona and north Albury had a mou it helps both clubs

Make it U17 across the whole AFL playing area.
So many gone to U18s.
Taken 6-7 players from Senior Footy a year per club
Have U 14 and U 17s.
There's a big difference in a 14 year d to a 17 year old though

Under age kids have filled teams for ages in Victoria where they think 2 yrs per age is ok.

Agree on the gun 17 yr olds. They are up a grade too
Yep keep under 15 and 17s, top age thirds should be pushing senior footy

Great game and crowd , Roos should have won . Also the Umps were good , but 1 gifted free to Albury late

This week will give a good indication of how far Corowa have come when they play Wang Magpies. Even if they do lose they should get back on the winners board against Raiders the week after and if they beat Yarra the game after that they will have given themselves a huge chance at stealing a spot in the 5.

It benefits North a lot more then Thurgoona.

Can someone exain to me how Brodie filo is only 3 points and it's being ticked off by the O and m, when Griffen who has 2 games in three years is the same, one guy played at Eaglehawk and nt, the other guy made 2 one off appearances
