Bordignon
Van Berlo
Richards
Clarke
Porter
Kelly
Sharrock
Melville
Newton (8th year at club)
Grossman (13th year at club)

I’d say local top end talent. With no planes involved.

Now do yours….

Stop moving goalposts champ. I left the big boys out at Wang. We were just adding local top end talent.
I think those players you’ve mentioned are talented, no doubt. But you can’t be serious to think, as a group, they are more talented than the players I mentioned?
I’ll add the following then
L. Saunders
M. Anderson
Ellis
Smith
Gottschling
Smart
Norton
And your boy Knowles

Josh Porter. Believe he was from Wang but had been playing vfl for Werribee and was aligned with a club in the Geelong league

Yes, he was, born and bred in Wangaratta now lives in Melbourne. Premiership player in 2017
Didn’t know about his local club being in Geelong. Think he’s an important player for Werribee as a tall forward/2nd ruck

Side note, I do in fact have a job. Had a procedure on my foot this morning and have had the day off. Thanks for all of those that have made today a fun day. Any bad posts by me will be blamed on the medication.

Unlike Tennis Fan who blamed the Red Wine

Hold on to your phones if I mix the reds with the painkillers tonight!

Had Grovedale as his home club last year. Played one game.

Peta has lost the plot, I must admit I’ve had a little chuckle at the pure garbage that’s been distributed. Every single player on Wangaratta’s list knew what was going on, period.

What you have just said, Big Welly, is in fact, garbage.
Last line in particular, not sure if fully lost it or not, yet

Cant see you being awake after an operation and medication and red wine after 1am.
Some of Geoffs best work has been produced watching infomercials between 2-5am. I must say i hope he isnt having a kip during his 9 to 5

So for mine, how long does everyone think the $28k will be needed to pay the fine? Surely it’ll be covered in gate takings alone by september. 100 odd opposition players alone will take a fair chunk out before bar and canteen sales

Just wondering who the non one pointers at wang are this year. Obviously Ben Reid and Callum Moore. Maybe Knowles?
Maybe maxed out at 30 points Rd 1 , with last few years 3rds in the magooes with a few old heads .
Don’t worry about that, maybe focus your energy towards learning the basic rules of the game. Remember - don’t over complicate it, it’s not the AFL, and when in doubt, let the play go on. Young Raine umpired last years infamous GF wonderfully.

Reid - 4
Moore - 4
Warner - 2
McVeigh - 2
New players, I’m not sure on their points.
Barrett - 3?
Melksham - On a player permit from Corowa? Back to Corowa next year? So maybe 1?
Waite - Junior so 1?
Stand to be corrected no doubt

I concur, Raine is an exceptional local umpire

Go Yarra, but do you think their guys would be there if not for Betr, Bank of Mulquiney, Bank of Smith or Bank of Kennedy, or blocks in Silverwoods or Glanmire. They followed the lead of 35 Joss utes at Albury training on a Thursday night. These clubs are probably under the cap because they are getting paid overs in their employment! What is the real salary cap? Love to think there would be a vanilla competition but won't happen in my lifetime.
Excuse me for my naivety but what does Betr have to do with Yarra, serious question?

The 1st 4 all Swans names

Wouldn’t go close . would not be surprised to see AFNC team list add up to about 27 points this year and they finish top 3 .?

Muller - 5
Garlett- 4
Horlin-Smith - 4?
Hodgson - 2
Taylor-Nugent - 2
Conlan x2 - 2

Players from last years semi loss to Yarra, plus new additions. Including points deductions.
Do they have additional players in? Not sure if all the above are playing again either?
But, Albury have been very good at keeping players on their list to play 100+ and also blood their kids. If correct, 6 players = 21 points
Rest are 1 pointers that equals 37 points

Not sure of the exact number but Barrett definitely can't be a 1 pointer with the Corowa player permit. He had signed well before that was brought in. So 3 or 4 I think?

Rovers are in the box seat in my humble opinion. Gerrish would catch the lure at the old dog track, blink on a dry day and you might just miss some of these young men. I think Muzza has done a tremendous job navigating through this thing we call life, one door shuts, so he kicks in another, matured beyond his years, to hell with Collingwood. He should be proud when catching a glance of one’s reflection. Whisper is Crezza has been on the blower, he’ll be there in September don’t you worry about that.
