I love how dockers fans are more annoyed that a few eagles might get picked (glass or naitanui) rather than just disappointed that your own players didn't potentially make it.

You are missing the point. Most of us are equally pissed off that a spud like Jack Sookwoldt will be picked in front of Pav. After finishing 5th and having also made a Semi Final I would fully expect a couple of Egirls players to be picked, but if Nic Nat is one of them, it proves how bad the AA selection policy is. Nic is arguably not even the best ruckman in his own team, let alone an AA team.

Absolute bullshit if this is true.

Someone in that biased pissant excuse of a selection panel is about to cop several rockets if this is true.

Pav >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jack Riewoldt

If Nic Nat gets in, then that is just ****ed.

There have been better ruckman than him this year but everyone's seduced because he can jump and because he looks like a palm tree

Get ****ed AA selectors

/rant

I'd be disappointed if Pavlich misses out.
Not really fussed whether the Jesus Palm gets the nod for a ruck spot or not.

*right then, better book a session with my anger management consultant*

Fremantle captain Matthew Pavlich is set to be be a shock omission from tonight's All Australian team after revealing he hadn't been invited to attend the event.
Pavlich spoke about the team's season at Fremantle Oval this morning and the All Australian team will be announced in Melbourne at 6.30pm tonight.
The inspirational captain was named in the 40 man provisional squad. He has been selected in the elite 22 man squad six times and was expected to be chosen again after an outstanding year which included 62 goals in the home and away season.
He said teammate Luke McPharlin had been invited to the event and was flying to Melbourne. But when asked is he'd been invited, Pavlich said no.
Pavlich said McPharlin deserved to be recognised for his brilliant year.
Pavlich will travel interstate on Wednesday to consult a surgeon about an achilles operation. He is also preparing for arthroscopic surgery on his hip.
He said he had managed the achilles problem all season but refused to use the injury as an excuse for a below par performance against Adelaide on Friday night.

Maybe an over-reaction but is it possible to start an online petition to send to AA selectors in a display of our anger? Or possibly to the FFC asking them to say something about it.

It's a good idea in theory but it wouldn't make any difference.

The AA Selectors won't listen to it!
The FFC won't say anything about it as speaking out is often met with trouble from Vlad!

I think if we want to make outrage clear, find the twitter handle of any selectors and rip into them that way. They'll get the message from that.

Terrible call if true. Pavlich >>> Riewoldt (and that's not a knock on Riewoldt)

All class and team-first is (our) Pav. Hope the boys give him what he really deserves next year- A Premeirship

this is an absolute disgrace - Pav should very clearly be AA this year, with many "experts" saying he should also be captain.

Given the number of times he has been AA and that he is on the list it is also disgraceful that he was not even invited to the event.

Pav should certainly be above JRoo, Cloke, NRoo, arguably Hawkins... Plays a different position and role to buddy, will be a joke if he misses out

The only thing Cox has done consistently this year is flop his arms about like a limp wristed rag doll, in the goal square to pick up cheap frees. If thats your idea of the best footballer, good luck to you. (you'll need it)

Their whole gameplan is designed around conning the umps, of course they think that's what makes a great footballer.

Yeah, and I love how you obviously have a massive problem with comprehension. Couple of posters mentioned him, get off your high horse and off our board you twit :thumbsu:

I love how west coast supporters constantly invade our board with their feigned outrage over what we're discussing.

Hang on a sec... no I don't.

They legitimately trawl our board all day just to get a whiff of an anti-West Coast post so they can shove their "moral decency" down our throats, call us obsessed and vigorously straddle their soapboxes.
