i have the same dilemma... but shoenmakers instead of waters ???

I can't even afford Schoenmakers if i have Ball Struggling.

Ball can improve his average. No reason for not picking first combo.

Can't say i can give an insight into either shoemakers or waters but if you want to be unique and pick a player not many people have then go shoemakers because everyone will have waters and if he doesn't play well you'll be one up on everyone!

And i'd go Ball & Waters over Trengrove & Gram, simply because i dont trust Gram to be consistent, he goes missing quite a lot!

Ablett + Ball or Swan + Bartel, it raises a very good point! So far i'm hanging onto Ablett but the few times i have traded him out it's amazing what i can do in other positions! I just keep wondering to myself, he's bound to have a bad season (or in his case one just not as good as the last 3) sooner or later and i just wonder with all the gold coast media attention it might affect his game? I guess you'd think he'd be professional and not let it affect him! A good example is Clint Bolton in the A-League, signed to Melbourne Hearts midseason from Sydney FC but still took them to the Championship and Premiership.

So i'm undecided but so far leaning towards any combination with Ablett, more so because i really like his average of never scoring under 80 last year!

Thinking of getting rid of Cooney and taking a gamble on a cheaper midfielder, Freako says that players that switch to Sydney from other clubs play really good the first year!

So Josh P Kennedy or Ben McGlynn?

i think cooney and ball will get very similar scores, but ball comes in at nearly 30k cheaper so i'd go with him.

near impossible to split higgins and buddy. i'd go higgins cause he is probably going to be more consistent across the board. but if you've got a consistent team in other positions and looking for a risk take buddy but remember he is suspended round 1.

though i do like your idea of higgins-franklin. i'd probably go that one, although i tend to get my multi position midfielders playing their other position as there are so many midfield options... maybe go with this for now and see if you can shift higgins into the forward line??

Tough one. I'd choose Harvey and then have Sandilands in the ruck who is 39K more than Clark if you could afford it.

Anyone know of a good forward that I could purchase for about 390K ? At the moment I have Medhurst at 320K but not sure if he is the right option.
