How about cotchin,ziebell or dangerfield???

My Q is..

Brian Lake or Sam Fisher Or H.Shaw Or Adcock (to free up cash)?

Me personally I would go Shaw and Adcock as I think they will both have good scoring years!! Shaw I think will prob b used more in the midfield this year as he has been so far this pre-season and Adcock we no has the capabilities and last season he struggled with injuries!! Brisbane has topped all areas of their team this year 2 which may also free up Adcock a lil more!!

For me I'm tossing up between the following 2 options;

O1 - Brown J & Trengrove

or

O2 - Medhurst & Wells

Not sure on whether or not 2 take a punt on wells and Medders, however keeping in mind that I also have Stevie J in my line up or start 2 rookies in the midfield in Trengrove and Martin along with Browny in my 4ward line!!

Trengrove...never heard of him.

H. Shaw

and

J. Selwood

Pendles is a gun but Selwood's game is made for supercoach. Will only get better I think.

Harvey (FWD) & Dangerfield (FWD)

vs

Pavlich (FWD) & Medhurst (FWD

Im not sold on all the hype around Dangerfield, maybe when edwards and goodwin and co retire you'll see the best of him but i just dont think it will be this year.
Medhurst was good v the saints and by reports sounds like he is up and about at training as well.
I would go Pav and Medhurst.

My question:
If you could have any 3 Premium mid's, who would you have?

I've got Ablett, Selwood and Gibbs

Ablett, Selwood and Pendles...and I've got em all!

Joel Macdonald and Adam Cooney or Heath Shaw and Shaun Burgoyne?

Post this one more time, just to make sure I make the right decision

I'm gonna say JMac and Cooney. I's say they are both underpriced at the moment compared to what they will average this year. SBurger could have a great year once fit, who knows? Too much risk there imo...

Ablett, Boyd, Selwood.

I dont have Selwood got Vince instead

Don’t know if this one has been done..

BARRY HALL vs MARK WILLIAMS

Two different players.. both with a lot of capability to increase in $$$.
Hall being the main man – tall/tough forward
And Williams coming out of the shadow of Fraklin/Roughead now that he is at the Dons..

I need a 1st selection bench player on my midfield???
I have enough for Jack Trengrove and down in the draft....
I have Ben Cunnington there as he didn't play yesterday makes me wonder...
I think Trengrove would probably be the safe option but then makes me wonder will dees do what they did to watts with him??? or is he right to go straight into a senior list... Or Anthony Morabito?? James Hird has picked him for the rising star award makes you think he will prob play all year and giving Freo are really struggling they will prob play him all year right???
my 2nd bench is Lewis Jetta as im guessing most people are!!

Any opinions guys id like to hear from some of the supporters of these early draft pick sides as they have some knowledge in what is happening in their club!

Armitage or Cooney

Cooney most definitely. if Armitage does struggle which i doubt he will he does look a great player but if he does he will find it hard to get back in the saints list as their midfield is by far the most elite in the competition.

Cooney will play 22 games if fit no doubt and reasonable cheap for a brownlow medalist he wasnt 100% last year i think its crazy not to select him!!!!

Rick Ladson best pick in defense will play all year and score well get on him!!! and to brag ben warren and zeibell from roos lol!!

i'll try again.

Tough one.

I think BBBBH is a risk but given he's reportedley on a very tight contract with a lot of emphasis on him playing games. i.e. No play, No pay. Perhaps this will finally be the tool he needs to curb his behaviour??? I did read somewhere that he had some minor surgery so that's also a consideration.

I was looking at Williams too. he may be out of teh "shadow" of Franklin and Roughead but how's he going to go as the main target in the fwd line now that the Bummers are sans Lloyd and Lucas?? Will he score much at all taking the number 1 or 2 defender and maybe even a loose man dropping back on to him all the time???

Think I'd have to defer to the SC guide book on this one that says don't take anyone over 30 or has an injury pre-season. Hall has both covered so I'd go with Williams.
