Duncan vs GAJ vs Gaff vs Bont

Pick one.
Safe v Risk ?......steady scoring v volatile scoring ?

Duncan (safe) v Bont (volatile) v GAJ (risk)

If you have sufficient trades go GAJ .....3 game 116 ave with the known risk

If short on trades go Duncan .....remarkable consistency, all bar 1 score a min 94+ ...plus a POD (2% of teams)

Duncans / Ablett last 3 games (for leagues) .....HAW, FREO, GCS

In terms of potential, risky though.

GAJ > Toss the 3 way coin for the rest.

6 trades left. Wanted to go Ryan to Hoff as M9/F7 which left me Treloar to one of these four.

The more I think about it, the more I think the smarter move is just Treloar to Danger and use only the one trade with 200k in the bank

Don't you go jinxing Danger now, he's having a crap season as it is!

Well, Treloar over Jelly was a hell of a bust! Stand to lose 50 points and probably a trade over shoddy reasoning - already had Cogs and no Collingwood players so figured going Treloar was spreading the load and not relying on GWS' midfield too much.

No money in the kitty and 2 trades left (FMSCL :tired: :gun:), so need a cheaper option for him looks like.

Selwood, Zorko, Gaff?

Selwood imo.

Would having Danger, Menegola and Selwood make my team too Geelong heavy though?

Nah, don't think so mate.

Other years we have been able to have 3 guns from the same team and it's worked out fine .ie. Pendles, Swan, Beams and Ablett, Selwood and Chapman. :thumbsu:

I know he's not a "sexy" pick, but JPK's last 8 games 125, 151, 73, 108, 109, 102, 118, 112 = 112.3 ave. Historically scores much better post byes. Worth considering at 529k. 7% ownership POD

Hard to choose between a mid and a forward but probably Sidey. Don't know how Treloar out for a long term will affect him though?

For mine,

Hurley vs Webster (suppose to be back this week)

Just realised with dpp I can also get a forward instead. With very limited trades I want to go for durability as well as scoring.

So Hurley v Webster v Buddy v Westhoff v DeGoey?
