GWS have a habit of taking guys you’re certain aren’t up to it: Dylan Buckley, Tendai Mzungu, Sam Reid (again), Tommy Sheridan. The only one genuine battler who’s became a permanent part of their best 22 is DeBoer, after they purposed him into a tagger.

Not sure where you read that but it's completely false. He was sold by Liverpool back sometime around 2013. Was at a club in the Championship last season but was released and is currently a free agent
