I got this direct from Hine. The best available apparently. Scharenberg I hope.

Freeman to thwart Melbourne and hope one of Bonty, Salem or Lennon is there at 10How about we break it down
1. Boyd
2. Kelly
3. Aish
4. Scharenberg
5. Billings
6......
Who would you take in this situation?
Then who of the following would you take if any of Kelly-Aish-Scharenberg-Billings dropped? If no to one of these, who would your selection be?

KADE Kolodjashnij's rise to the top end of NAB AFL Draft could continue, with the Tasmanian in contention for St Kilda's pick three.
Nearly 11 days to go until draft day so can't be bothered guessing who we will end up in our laps at pick 6 and 10.
I'm sure who ever the kids we get will be more than handy players.
All i would like to know is who Brisbane and Melbourne have in-mind ????????????????????????
Twomey reckons Brisbane want Mccarthy at 7.. But I doubt that, because we already have so many young KPF's. I reckon if KK or Scharenberg are available we will take them, if not we will take Sheed.
None of the young KPFs you have really have the class, size and athleticism package of McCarthy though. In the case of Paparone, who was highly rated last year, he could potentially find his home in the midfield.Twomey reckons Brisbane want Mccarthy at 7.. Who are brisbane's young KPF?
No way will scharenberg be there at 7, and I think KK is strong chance at 5.
I think Brisbane are the biggest wildcard in the top 10, I suspect they will throw a curveball. With the mass exodus there I feel they will go for the kid least likely to leave rather than best available, it would kill them to have another top young talent leave.
Young KPF's: Lisle, Close, Paparone, Paine, Freeman
Mid-aged KPF's: Martin, Mcguane, Merrett, West,
Last legs KPF's: Brown, Staker
All up off the top of my head that's 11 KPF's, and I've probably missed someone. We have a shitload of em.
Martin has kicked 27 goals in 63 goals, he is a ruckmen not KPF. West is also a ruckmen
Paparone and paine are undersized, and paparone could end up in the midfield.
That would be like me saying Reid Karnezis Grundy Witts Hudson Goldsack ect are our KPFs
Who there can take over the #1 KPF role once brown retires? most of those guys are utilities or young and unproven/undersized.
Lions do have plenty of forwards on the books. They could definitely use McCarthy, but I get a feeling they want Bontempelli at #7. Michael Close is a big lad, Paine and Paparone not big enough for #1 key forward, will be interesting to see how it drops.
Yeh i don't believe in everything i read but umm ok to your reply.Twomey reckons Brisbane want Mccarthy at 7.. But I doubt that, because we already have so many young KPF's. I reckon if KK or Scharenberg are available we will take them, if not we will take Sheed.
If Scharenberg and Bontempelli were both available at 6 (likely IMO), who do you think the pies would take?
Yeh i don't believe in everything i read but umm ok to your reply.
I think if the lions are after a fwd its lennon or mcCarthy as they will be better than paine and the rest on your kpf list.
Personally I don't think we'll go for a fwd with pick 7. In the past few years we have gone for running height with good kicking skills.. If that trend continues we will probably go for Scharenburg, KK or Bontempelli. I highly doubt we will go for Mccarthy. If the pies take Scharenburg at 6, I doubt we will let Bontempelli slip through (unless we take a punt on Sheed)
I really feel that Hine will pull something slightly from left field, and it won't be as obvious as Scharenburg, Aish, or Bontempelli.
I hope we'll take Scharenburg. KK will be gone by 5 (either Saints at 3, or Suns at 5), so there is a huge chance the Lions will get Bontempelli.
As to who i think we will take, I have absolutely no idea. I really feel that Hine will pull something slightly from left field, and it won't be as obvious as Scharenburg, Aish, or Bontempelli.
The doggies could seriously use KK as well, they have tonnes of inside tough players and could really use some outside brilliance
I have no idea what this is. The suit looks cumbersome, would be lucky to get 20 games out of this guy.
