Pelchen is the only one that's been sacked, all the others either retired (happens all the time), pursued career advancement (happens all the time) or got homesick (happens all the time).

I suppose we could have kept trading on regardless of containing costs until we racked up repeated multi million dollar losses and then put our begging bowl out to the AFL (happens all the time)
