Anyone who defended no Eddy should be hanging their head in shame. Had opened up Dixon to have space to either get goals or clear room for our smalls, plus the goal himself this week. Also frees us up to give Dixon and Trengove time in ruck more late when Sandilands is tiring to jump over/into. Pressure has been great.

Only the umpires and Sandilands stopping it being 75+ points already.

The sight of an up and running Polec at AOos simply glorious.

The difference he makes for us is immense.

What I like most about today so far is we have combined a fantastic zoning team defence with quick transition (dare I say slingshot) off the half back lines/turnovers.

As expected.

The difference between us and any other team in the league is we can maintain defensive pressure for four quarters due to our fitness base that we've built up over four years.

It's maintaing of shape across the ground that is pleasing. Watch the players work and move in lines depending on where the ball is.

You guys are playing unbelievably well (well, Freo are shit too). It's great to see teams who have struggled the past few years shoot back up. IMO you guys could push for the Top 4 if everything clicks and I admit, I was a doubter after the past couple of years but you'be sure proved me wrong.
