Questions:
1. Is Hille worth his price tag? Will he back up his mid 08 form?
2. Is it worth having a $94k 4th ruck, or should I save $11k and downgrade to a rookie, as the chances of them being needed is slim
3. Is there a better $94k cash cow back than Suban?

Just a couple of ideas, Firstly as preivously mentioned i would drop Van Berlo in favour of either houli at a similar price or skipworth at a lesser one. If you downgraded to Skipworth and also lost riewoldt for didak or someone similar you would have some spare cash to spend on perhaps a premium mid.

Coughlan has another injury I'm pretty sure, so I'd take him out.

Plus with the addition of Cousins this season, a returning Coughlan will be behind him, Foley, Johnson, Deledio, Richardson, Tuck & (a fit) Cotchin in the pecking order. To cement a spot he will have to rise above the developing mids such as White, Tambling, Polo & Thomson of which the majority have apparently set the track on fire this pre-season.

However if after three years out of the game he can manage to adapt to the style and pace of the modern game, we all know how damaging he can be! Didnt win a B&F for nothing!

I would suggest look elsewhere, as if he doesnt make an impression you will be wasting sideways trades to get rookies in for him at his current price.

Personally I think my Backline is a bit weak as well as some of the midfield but I think that DeBoer, Swift, Muston and Struass will all get games. Forward line is very strong though.

God damn, upgrade your midfield, get rid of Fevola (SC nightmare) and downgrade some of your forwards. Waaay too much money in your forward line.

Pretty good. Get rid of Fev & upgrade Maguire

I would go for youth. If you get rid of Fev and pick a lesser priced player, you can use that money to upgrade Maguire.

As for Maguire over Hill, Hill.

It appears to be Fev night. He's a nightmare for SC, completely unpredictable and up&down like you would not believe.

Downgrade Fev & upgrade Brown, IMO.

Other than that, you definitely need some better ruckmen although Ottens is good, and your midfield is pretty decent.

If that's Harry Taylor in the backline, I'm not completely sold, but see how he goes.

your midfield is to stacked downgrade some and upgrade maguire for someone else
im not to keen on kosi either i wouldnt go near him gotta get the money to get cox in my opinion he is just to good not to hav
and im in the same situation with fev
im thinking either porp, s johnson or roughead are prob safer bets

Griffen, set for a massive year? Hopefully, however personally I dont think so. Masten will have a few kicks under pressure so be wary ( I have in DT) Swift will be lucky to play Rnd 1 imo.

Watch Yarran, Brown always starts slow however he does have WC in Rnd 2 and he kicked 6 in 08 and notched 138 IIRC..then notched a 24 2 weeks later. And a 37 2 weeks later again.....he is an upgrade target for mine. Brown has me worried as he hasnt done any practice matches yet but that may change...Porps, I hope his shoulders dont end up on the field for your sake

Yeah, Stevens has question marks, I've changed Hurley back to Hill pretty quickly lol and Swift to Beams and Porps possibly to Roughead. Do you think Yarran is better off being Ziebell instead, with that option I could probably upgrade Brown to someone else. What do you think?

yeh i had to downgrade pendles to squeeze didak in thats how little i have remaining in my salary cap haha
also i agree with carr being back that burgoyne will get better protection too
